SharePoint, Office 365, and OneDrive @ HCC
SharePoint is a single place to store all your documents and collaborate with colleagues in real time. Also, developers and web designers can create new experiences on SharePoint using familiar tools and internet standards.
HCC is planning to use SharePoint for many purposes, a communication with the details and new training will be delivered soon. The SharePoint administrators and editors can start taking a training at Canvas Catalog.
Office 365 is the cloud version of Office 2013 and the application used to access other software like SharePoint. All HCC employees and students have access to it. Employees and students have access to a different software in Office 365. Each employee may have a different access rights to the available software.
OneDrive @ HCC is part of Office 365. You can store and create files on the cloud. You can share and/or collaborate on documents with colleagues and students in real time.
